Education

Law degree  from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1993.

Master's Degree in Legal Business Consulting from IE Business School in 1994.

Master's Degree in Eco-audits and Environmental Management of the Company. Institute of Ecological Research 1996.

MBA in Biotechnology. Technological Transfer by the Aliter Business School in 2004.

Advanced Program (PA) by IE Business School in Corporate Legal. Acquisition of Companies in 2005.

He has completed executive programs of Compliance Officer (Legal Controller) by Wolters Kluwers.

Belonging to the Association of Compliance Professionals CUMPLEN, with whom he collaborates closely for the disclosure of compliance in Spain.

In 1992 he completed his Diploma in Marketing and Communication from the School of Marketing & Communication.

On the academic level, he is a university professor where he has taught business law in different business schools and universities such as the San Pablo-CEU University or the Fomento-European Business School (Villanueva University).

Experience

He has more than 10 years of professional experience in the business law sector as an assistant to the management in companies focused on business legal advice in all its aspects. And 15 years in the direction of business consulting and legal consulting.

In his professional career, he has held positions on several Boards of Directors of companies and has been a member of the Advisory Board of several companies of the Technological Sector.

He has been the director for more than 15 years of Campuzano Legal and Tax Advisors, a multidisciplinary firm specializing in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, Corporate Legal, and Compliance.

Since 2015 he has been a founding partner of the consultancy eCompliance, a firm dedicated exclusively to compliance advice for companies. He has directed the creation and development of a technological platform (eCAS) for the management of prevention and compliance programs.

In 1998 he started at the Casino de Madrid as Deputy Secretary General, becoming General Secretary in 2005, position of the Board of Directors that he continues to hold today.

 He joined Spyn Advisor in March 2019 to strengthen the commercial area and manage the Compliance department.
