ANTONIO JARAMILLO

Education

Obtained his Law Degree from the University Complutense of Madrid (1999). Course specialist in banking and finance, IEB “Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles” (2000). Master in accounting and administrative management, CEF “Centro de Estudio Financieros” (2000). Master in Corporate Legal Advice-LL.M., IE Law School (2002). Virtual Postgraduate Course Court, IE (2002). Graduate course Corporate Legal, IE (2004).

Experience

In 2005 he was part of the law firm MA Abogados in Madrid, advising in Corporate Law, Litigation Law and Civil Law. In corporate law he has served as secretary or deputy secretary of Management boards (SA, SL, SICAV y SCRSA), provided comprehensive legal services to these companies.
From 2004 to 2006 he was lawyer of Siemens S.A, responsible for energy and telecommunications department, focused on giving legal support in both divisions. Also he collaborated as a lawyer in the department of business law and litigation in “Ramón Hermosilla & CIA Abogados” and participated in the negotiation and implementation of specific processes of M&A in many companies.

From 2007 to 2011 (part-time), Antonio adviced in “Veremonte España S.L” as attorney and secretary of some subsidiaries, managing and coordinating all legal work.

From 2014 to 2016 he joined to Crowe Horwath Legal and Tax as Managing Director of Commercial Department in the Madrid office.

Currently partner in Spyn Advisors supporting in Civil Law and Corporate Law departments.
